The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team focused on developing referral, payer, and phone channels to enhance patient access to mental healthcare, while working remotely and collaborating with product managers, data science, and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and optimize channels that bring patients to Headway through doctors, insurers, and phone interactions
- Develop new channels from inception to execution, iterating quickly based on feedback and results
- Integrate AI solutions to streamline patient referrals and bookings, enhancing the user experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a proven ability to hire and develop talent
- 5+ years of experience in building production software
- Experience in launching or growing acquisition, distribution, or partner channels
- Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare integrations, voice or conversational AI, and B2B2C products
