Job Summary
The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the b-hive Engineering team in building an AI-powered UCaaS platform, overseeing day-to-day delivery and people management while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the b-hive Engineering team, managing team leads and coordinating work across Communicator and Portal
- Deliver the b-hive roadmap in collaboration with Product Management, ensuring clear specifications and achievable timelines
- Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and leads, managing onboarding and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in software engineering, including at least 4 years in people management
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ engineers delivering a cloud-based SaaS product
- Solid technical background in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with real-time communications systems and delivering AI/ML features in production products
