Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead the App Excellence domain, overseeing multiple teams to enhance the reliability and performance of client applications across various platforms while establishing strategic direction and operational practices.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategy and operating model for App Excellence across desktop, mobile, and browser extension teams
• Lead through Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders, ensuring clarity and accountability in team operations
• Drive cross-team planning and manage dependencies to enhance product delivery and customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading software engineering teams and developing engineering leaders
• Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple teams and technical domains with shared dependencies
• Experience in setting strategy and shaping operating models to address ambiguous problems
• Strong judgment in balancing delivery speed, quality, and long-term technical health
• Track record of building effective partnerships across Engineering, Product, and Design functions
