Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead the core platform team, focusing on building and maintaining the internal platform to enhance developer experience and streamline operations in the fight against cybercrime.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of platform engineers, fostering a product-oriented mindset and empathy for developers
- Own the platform vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on direct feedback from engineering teams
- Measure platform success using DORA metrics and developer satisfaction to inform continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on platform engineering
- 3-5 years of experience leading engineering teams, ideally in platform or developer tooling
- Proven track record of managing an internal platform as a product, with clear metrics on adoption and satisfaction
- Experience with AWS, containers, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and SLOs to set priorities and communicate platform value
