Job Summary

Leading the engineering team for an AI-powered fresh buying product, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee product development, manage a senior team of engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of product engineers while setting clear expectations and addressing performance
• Own the DC Buying roadmap by balancing customer needs, technical investments, and business goals
• Ensure product reliability and data quality while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and customers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering management
• Experience in developing, scaling, and supporting mission-critical products in production
• Strong technical expertise across multiple functional domains such as front-end, back-end, and data pipelines
• Proven track record in hiring, managing performance, and fostering a culture of ownership among engineers
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a growth-stage environment
