Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the remote Senior Engineering Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively source top technical talent, and ensure cultural alignment while driving data-driven recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume engineering pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and strategies
• Identify and engage passive candidates, building a diverse pipeline for technical roles using creative sourcing methods
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that reflects the company's culture

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in engineering hiring, with at least 2 years in-house recruiting for engineering, data, and machine learning roles
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers
• Adaptability to new tools and methodologies in a constantly evolving environment
