Senior Engineering Recruiting Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of technical recruiters, the full-time Senior Engineering Recruiting Manager will partner with Engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies, manage engineering leadership recruitment, and develop scalable recruiting processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiting professionals while managing performance and setting clear expectations
• Partner with Engineering leadership to align recruiting plans with business priorities and manage engineering leadership hiring from initial conversations to closing
• Build and enhance scalable recruiting processes, ensuring effective interviewer pools and improving candidate assessment quality

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people-management experience in a recruiting environment
• Proven expertise in technical recruiting, particularly in Engineering leadership searches
• Experience building or scaling recruiting processes within a lean team
• Strong operational judgment with a background in improving ATS workflows and data integrity
• Ability to adapt practices from larger organizations to fit a growing business's evolving needs
