Job Summary
To support a dynamic work environment, the full-time Senior Engineering Technician will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the client's Electrical SCADA System, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project engineers in completing SCADA system database and display design packages
- Create and integrate SCADA databases and displays with field equipment on customer systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and communication issues in a real-time environment
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of field or service experience in a related discipline
- Associates Degree in Building Automation Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Technology, or related technical focus
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC or SCADA controls software systems
- Some knowledge of electric utilities, power systems, communications, control systems, and/or networking
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service
