Senior Enrollment Counselor

Job Summary

Focused on enrolling and retaining students for assigned degree programs, the full-time Senior Enrollment Counselor will manage prospective student engagement, provide program expertise, and maintain accurate student records in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement enrollment and outreach strategies to assist prospective students throughout the admissions process
• Initiate timely contact with new prospective students within 24 hours of their inquiries
• Deliver detailed information about degree programs and certifications while guiding students in exploring their educational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years as an Enrollment Counselor II with IWU or three years in adult higher education enrollment
• Prior experience in student enrollment, admissions, advising, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of assigned degree programs and understanding of relevant target audiences
• Proficiency with CRM systems and student record management
