Senior Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Driving enrollment performance across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time Senior Enrollment Specialist will manage enrollment strategies, optimize candidate conversion, and support study launches while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor within the Enrollment department.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enrollment Leadership to develop and execute enrollment strategies across multiple studies and sites
• Analyze enrollment funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate progression
• Directly supervise and manage Enrollment Specialists, including performance management and professional development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical research enrollment, patient recruitment, or a comparable conversion-focused role strongly preferred
• Experience using data to diagnose performance problems and influence decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning CRM/clinical trial management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRIO)
• Demonstrated ownership of conversion, throughput, or pipeline metrics
• Experience mentoring, training, or informally leading peers
