Senior Enterprise Integration Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Enterprise Integration SME / Integration Reliability Lead, this remote contract position will manage complex troubleshooting, establish integration standards, and ensure end-to-end transaction reliability across distributed platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-system production troubleshooting and incident remediation while driving initiatives to reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR)
• Own enterprise-wide observability and traceability, implementing standards for distributed tracing, structured logging, and system metrics
• Provide technical leadership by optimizing integration patterns and defining enterprise integration best practices across application teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep enterprise integration experience within large-scale, distributed environments
• Hands-on mastery of Apache Camel, Java & Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Google Apigee
• Proven track record implementing distributed tracing and observability frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot live production outages and analyze application logs
• Excellent technical communication skills with experience mentoring distributed teams
