Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant to work remotely, who will manage travel requests, assist with group bookings, and provide proactive support for clients in the Media & Entertainment division.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfill incoming travel requests and inquiries accurately using Sabre GDS
- Assist with group bookings and manage multiple complex itineraries
- Provide proactive assistance and travel advice to clients, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies and procedures
- Experience with travel industry systems, specifically Sabre GDS
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with discretion and judgment
