Senior Entity Resolution Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end matching build lifecycle, the full-time Senior Entity Resolution Engineer will implement entity-level record matching, establish provenance for decision traceability, and refine matching strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine entity-level record matching, including blocking, candidate generation, pairwise scoring, clustering, and threshold policy
• Establish provenance so every node and edge traces back to the source that asserted it, ensuring auditable and explainable matching decisions
• Document matching logic in detail to serve as an implementation reference for other engineers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production record matching or entity resolution
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience handling large, complex datasets
• Ability to explain matching tradeoffs, including handling false merges versus false splits
• US Citizenship and active US Secret clearance required
