Job Summary
To support a growing Environmental Services team, the full-time Senior Environmental ESA Reviewer will perform quality assurance reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance while working remotely with a nationwide team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports
- Evaluate technical conclusions, supporting documentation, and environmental findings for accuracy and completeness
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to Project Managers and report authors throughout the review process
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of environmental consulting, environmental due diligence, or related experience
- Extensive experience conducting, preparing, and reviewing Environmental Site Assessments
- Strong background in Phase I and/or Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Proven understanding of environmental regulations, industry standards, and due diligence practices
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
