Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organization's environmental stewardship and sustainability strategy, the full-time Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager will ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements while managing environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and ESG reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute enterprise-wide environmental and sustainability strategies, objectives, and performance metrics
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership and develop policies for consistent implementation of sustainability initiatives
• Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and manage environmental audits and risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related areas
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing environmental or sustainability programs
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies within complex organizations
• Preferred certifications include Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
