Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst will manage the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic software solutions, providing tier-2 support and collaborating with teams to enhance system functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and perform in-depth analysis to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create workflows and solutions that improve user productivity and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years of Epic-specific experience
- Epic certification in supporting application with additional proficiency/certification in related areas
- Professional Billing certification required; preferred certifications include Professional Claims and Charge Router
