Senior Epic Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Epic Product Manager for a temporary contract role in Madison, WI, or remote, who will manage product initiatives within the Epic EMR environment, translating business needs into clear product requirements and guiding solutions from intake to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to understand and translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into user stories and product backlog items
- Own and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned Epic capabilities, leading initiatives through development and delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Epic experience, including regular use of the platform
- Experience with Epic Professional Billing (PB) is required
- Current or recently expired Epic certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable requirements for technical teams
