Leading complex Epic implementation and migration initiatives, the full-time Senior Epic Program Manager will oversee multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment to ensure successful program delivery within healthcare systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex Epic implementation, migration, and optimization projects within healthcare environments
- Manage large projects with multiple workstreams across clinical and revenue cycle teams
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of program and project management experience in healthcare information systems
- Strong background in the healthcare industry supporting provider organizations
- Demonstrated leadership in Epic implementation, migration, or optimization projects
- Knowledge of Epic applications, including modules like Provider, Beaker, and Revenue Cycle
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
