Key responsibilities:
- Lead Epic implementation, migration, and optimization projects within a hospital or health system environment
- Manage large projects across clinical and revenue cycle environments, coordinating multiple workstreams and teams
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to define program objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of program and project management experience in complex healthcare information systems
- Strong background in the healthcare industry, specifically supporting provider organizations
- Demonstrated leadership in Epic implementation, migration, or optimization projects
- Proven knowledge of Epic applications, including modules like Provider, Beaker, and Revenue Cycle
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
