Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing IS team, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity software within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs while working remotely from most states.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication regarding application changes and system releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address change requests and drive process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
- 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance experience with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or Workday
- 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
