Senior ERP Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity software, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations and oversee the operational maintenance and enhancement of ERP systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the operational sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technological solutions align with business needs
• Address change requests and facilitate successful system releases to drive organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
• 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
• 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects related to application management
• Experience in process improvement methodology and change management in complex systems
