Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity software, the full-time remote Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee application maintenance and enhancements, and facilitate system releases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the operational sustainment and enhancement of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Align business needs with technological solutions and oversee change requests and testing
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address expectations and resolve issues related to the application
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (minimum 5 years)
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
