Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations and oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, and optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity applications in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the integration of UKG Healthcare Productivity software with ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Oversee change requests, testing, and system releases while providing solutions to complex challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize business processes related to ERP applications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (minimum 5 years)
- 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance experience with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
