Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives, the full-time remote Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity software, ensuring alignment with business needs and overseeing application enhancements and system releases.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee the operational sustainment of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Facilitate change requests, testing, and successful system releases while addressing complex challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with business processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
- 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
- 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
