Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Applications Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity software within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Manage stakeholder communications and address change requests while facilitating successful system releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with business processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (minimum 5 years)
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
