Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity software, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee application maintenance and enhancements, and align technological solutions with business needs in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the operational sustainment and optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity applications
- Oversee change requests, testing, and system releases while providing solutions to complex challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and ERP systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
