Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of ERP systems, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage UKG Healthcare Productivity applications, ensuring alignment with business needs while working remotely from eligible states.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement of UKG Healthcare Productivity applications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication regarding application changes and enhancements
- Address change requests and support successful system releases through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field with at least 5 years of functional experience
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems
- 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
