Senior ERP Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity software, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee application maintenance and enhancements, and ensure alignment of technological solutions with business needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational sustainment and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address change requests and facilitate successful system releases
• Communicate effectively to manage expectations regarding application features and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
• 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, PeopleSoft, or Workday
• 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
