Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of ERP systems, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage the UKG Healthcare Productivity application, ensuring alignment with business needs and overseeing operational sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement while working remotely from most states.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication regarding the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Oversee operational sustainment, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG application, including change requests and system releases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technological solutions align with business processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
- 2 years of experience successfully executing medium to complex projects related to application management
