Senior ERP Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of ERP systems, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage the UKG Healthcare Productivity application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technological solutions with business needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication regarding application features, change requests, and system releases
• Address complex challenges by providing solutions and ensuring alignment of business-centric needs with application enhancements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
• 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance experience with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
• 2 years of demonstrated success in executing medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
