Senior ERP Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of UKG Healthcare Productivity software, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage stakeholder expectations, oversee application maintenance and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the operational sustainment, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
- Facilitate change requests and system releases while ensuring alignment with business needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding application features, triage, and resolution of issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale ERP systems
- 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects, including application management methodologies
- Experience with process improvement and change management in complex systems
