Senior ERP Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of ERP systems, the full-time Senior ERP Applications Analyst will manage and enhance UKG Healthcare Productivity software, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business needs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational sustainment, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG Healthcare Productivity application
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication regarding application changes and enhancements
• Address change requests and support successful system releases while providing solutions to complex challenges

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
• 5 years of application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite or PeopleSoft
• 2 years of demonstrated ability to execute medium to complex projects related to application management and process improvement
