Senior ERP Portfolio Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic oversight for Oracle Cloud and UKG platforms, the full-time Senior ERP Portfolio Manager will manage ERP governance, align technology initiatives with business needs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance process efficiency, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead centralized ERP governance to streamline prioritization and decision-making across functions
- Own the ERP and UKG roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and EIS capabilities
- Facilitate executive steering committees, providing insights on ERP performance and risks
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of IT program or portfolio management experience
- Proven track record in full lifecycle healthcare technology implementation projects
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Payroll
- Experience with UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or related field preferred
