Senior Escrow Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Escrow Oversight Specialist, the candidate will manage specialized processes related to overseeing loans with mortgage insurance premiums, reconciling and processing payments exceeding $33 million monthly, and placing escrow stops on loans pending refinance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee loans with active mortgage insurance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist escrow management with the boarding processes and reconciliation of recently acquired loan populations
• Generate data reports and conduct quality control reviews for junior associates, escalating complex issues to management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in banking, finance, mortgage, or escrow
• Proficient in mortgage loan servicing systems and Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to perform Escrow Liaison Level II duties and troubleshoot complex escrow issues
• Strong organizational skills and ability to assist in training less experienced team members
