Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior ESOP Strategy Consultant will prepare ESOP repurchase obligation studies, provide client consulting, and assist with business development, all while working remotely or from one of the company's offices.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ESOP repurchase obligation studies and discuss assumptions with clients
- Provide consulting on managing repurchase obligation solutions and review results with clients
- Assist the Business Development Team by attending proposal meetings and participating in speaking opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of retirement industry experience with strong ESOP knowledge
- CPA, QKA, QPA, or equivalent certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret ESOP legal documents
