Senior Estimator
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Estimator will develop cost estimates for major facility, transit, and infrastructure projects while providing technical advice and conducting value engineering analyses throughout all design phases.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing cost estimates in a multi-disciplinary team environment for various construction phases
- Providing technical advice on project constructability, logistics, and alternatives to team members and clients
- Preparing conceptual estimates, budgets, and evaluating third-party estimates for accuracy
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of significant estimating experience in construction management or general construction
- Experience in heavy construction, including sitework and concrete and steel construction
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. and Canada
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Project
