Senior Estimator
Job Summary
To support estimating activities across various projects, the fully remote Senior Estimator will manage bid preparation, vendor databases, and cost analysis while ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare complete quantity take-offs and competitive estimates based on project documents
- Manage multiple projects, tracking costs and establishing timelines for effective submittals
- Collaborate with preconstruction staff and subcontractors to meet project goals and develop best estimating practices
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience on construction projects
- At least 5 years of estimating experience specifically for data center projects
- Proven ability to produce conceptual estimates and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with estimating software such as SAGE/Timberline and On-Screen Take Off
