Senior Estimator
Job Summary
To support complex construction projects, the fully remote Senior Estimator will manage estimating activities, prepare competitive estimates, and lead pre-bid meetings while collaborating with project teams across various markets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare complete quantity take-offs and competitive estimates based on project documents
- Manage multiple projects and ensure effective communication among all disciplines
- Value engineer solutions to align with client budgetary goals and track costs throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience on construction projects
- At least 5 years of estimating experience specifically for data center projects
- Proven ability to produce conceptual estimates and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with estimating software such as SAGE/Timberline and On-Screen Take Off
