Senior Estimator - Commercial

Job Summary

Leading the Estimating Department, the fully remote Senior Estimator - Commercial will manage proposals, oversee departmental schedules, and ensure accurate execution costs for projects while mentoring team members and developing best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assign estimating opportunities while maintaining team balance and prioritizing deadlines
• Lead estimating efforts and develop systems to improve efficiency and accuracy within the estimating team
• Train team members on industry best practices and facilitate communication with subcontractors and project stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience/training
• At least four years of experience estimating commercial, retail, and multi-family projects
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
