Senior Estimator - Massachusetts Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting large-scale construction projects, the full-time Senior Estimator - Massachusetts Licensed will develop cost plans and estimates, deliver presentations at design milestones, and coordinate the work of support staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographic regions
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones
• Coordinating, managing, and supervising the work of support staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management roles
• Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or pre-construction services
• Proven track record supporting large-scale construction projects and programs
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including value management and value engineering
