Senior Event Planner
Job Summary
To support the Sales teams, the remote Senior Event Planner will manage the end-to-end planning of Retail & Internal Events, overseeing budget, vendor management, and logistics while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main planning contact, managing budget, vendor relationships, and event logistics
- Coordinate with senior leadership to enhance the advisor experience through thoughtful event planning and relevant content
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving the advisor experience and manage event registration systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in insurance or financial marketing corporate events
- Knowledge of annuity products and financial services
- Experience working in a multi-functional financial services environment
- Strong writing and PowerPoint skills
