Job Summary

Managing small engagements and portions of large projects, the full-time Senior Executive Compensation Consultant will provide comprehensive advisory services on executive compensation, governance, and leadership strategy in a remote capacity, while ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and client relationships, ensuring deliverables meet established quality and budget standards
• Oversee the development of project deliverables by junior associates, ensuring technical accuracy and completeness
• Act as a key client liaison, anticipating needs and providing insights during client meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with a focus on finance, economics, or healthcare administration
• 7-10 years of consulting experience with a focus on compensation program design and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in interpreting complex data sets and developing actionable solutions
