Senior Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing executive recruiting team, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will manage full-cycle searches for Director and C-suite roles, primarily in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data, while working remotely or from specified locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP positions, focusing on leadership in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted market maps
• Build and maintain a network of senior leaders for future hiring needs and participate in high-priority searches

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
• Proven track record in running Director+ searches and advising senior hiring managers
• Established relationships with senior professionals in relevant fields
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
• Strong writing and communication skills
