Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Executive Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions, partner with co-founders and C-suite executives, and develop strategic sourcing initiatives in a fully remote environment.

- Own end-to-end recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions across multiple business functions

Required qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong track record in high-growth startups or executive search firms
- Expert in identifying top talent using LinkedIn Boolean searches and creative sourcing methods
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior executives
- Experience working directly with founders and C-suite executives to translate business needs into recruiting strategies
- Independent worker and self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment
