Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and intellectually curious Senior Executive Recruiter to independently manage complex senior leadership searches for the Hivemind Autonomous Software business in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on identifying and attracting exceptional leaders in specialized software engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full executive search lifecycle, from intake and market mapping to candidate assessment and offer negotiation
• Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and develop targeted search strategies aligned with business priorities
• Conduct comprehensive executive assessments and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building long-term relationships with executive talent

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• 8+ years of progressive executive recruiting experience, including managing complex senior leadership searches
• Demonstrated experience recruiting senior technical executives across specialized software engineering disciplines
• Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable recruiting strategies
• Strong executive sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities
