Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Talent Researcher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of the executive sourcing framework, setting standards for research and candidate engagement
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters on live searches, co-owning the sourcing and research strategy
  • Create and maintain in-depth market maps of leadership talent and build succession pipelines for C-suite and board roles


Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience sourcing and researching at the executive or board level
  • Experience in building sourcing/research frameworks and succession planning for senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of partnering effectively with executive recruiters
  • Experience in high-growth businesses or exposure to financial services or technology industries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and execute effective search strategies
