Senior Expense Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior Expense Specialist will manage expense audits, enforce global T&E policies, and enhance employee reimbursement experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end expense audit processes and maintain a SOX-ready control environment for T&E
• Administer and optimize the ClickHouse Expense tool and Corporate Card program while ensuring compliance with global policies
• Develop spend dashboards and deliver training to drive adoption of new policies and tools across the organization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, preferably in a high-growth or cloud software environment
• Hands-on experience with expense platforms like Expensify or Ramp, and familiarity with NetSuite integrations
• Knowledge of SOX controls and experience with audit readiness for expense programs
• Proven ability to build reporting and KPI visibility from scratch
• Experience in change management and training for process or tool rollouts
