Job Summary
Experienced in digital design, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will create high-quality web and interactive visual aid experiences, collaborating cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Executing projects independently from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with creative and technical standards
- Designing within established systems to create cohesive and scalable web and IVA experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are creatively aligned and technically feasible
Required qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of responsive and modular frameworks
- Experience designing within regulated industries, particularly pharmaceuticals
- Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production
