Senior Experience Designer
Job Summary
To create high-quality digital experiences, the full-time Senior Experience Designer will operate remotely, translating creative vision into production-ready web and interactive visual aid (IVA) solutions while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring fellow designers.
Key responsibilities
- Executing work independently by owning projects from concept through delivery
- Designing within established systems to create cohesive and scalable web and IVA experiences
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers to ensure creative alignment and technical feasibility
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma and experience designing within code-aligned design systems
- Experience within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production
