Senior Export Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Export Controls Analyst, the full-time hybrid role will manage and support the global export controls program, ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a subject matter expert in export controls compliance for intangible and tangible transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on global export control regulations and licensing requirements, conducting assessments and identifying compliance obligations
• Prepare, submit, and manage export license applications while providing strategic recommendations regarding licensing pathways and exemptions
• Lead the development of the organization's global export controls program, including onboarding new jurisdictions and conducting risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Law, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in export controls compliance within multinational organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in export controls licensing, classification, and regulatory analysis
• Significant experience with intangible transfers of technology and compliance across multiple export control jurisdictions
• Professional certifications in Export Controls preferred
